All successful applicants are required to collect their job placement letters at the offices of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) located at the University of Dodoma (UDOM) in the Dr. Asha Rose Migiro buildings, open registry, within seven days from the date of this announcement. After this period, uncollected letters will be sent to their postal addresses.

Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established by the Public Service Act No. 8 0f 2002 as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section 29(1).
